Marlins Shine Across Multiple Events

Members of the Marlins Swimming Club have been showcasing their talent at a range of venues over recent weeks.
On 28th September, Archie McClure and Alfie McClure competed in the prestigious Hever Castle Triathlon. Alfie impressed by finishing first in his age category, Archie secured an excellent second place.
On 5th October, star swimmer Jacob Ure represented Cambridgeshire in the National County Team Championships. Competing in a highly competitive field, the team achieved an outstanding result—finishing second overall and earning promotion to second division.
Also on the same day, a number of Marlins athletes took part in the challenging 800m freestyle race held at The Hive in Ely. All swimmers put in a tremendous effort, tackling the demanding long-distance event with determination and enthusiasm.
Well done to all involved for continuing to represent the Marlins with such dedication and success.
