COPs Regional Last Chance Meet 2023

This weekend was swimming at COPs regional last chance. It was lovely to see lots of different swimmers over the 2 days.
Out of the 70 races these swimmers competed in they achieved 51 new personal best times, absolutely amazing ! 
Overall medals won:
Gold 10
Silver 6
Bronze 7
Mason W, Lacey, Mia, Samuel, Hana, Ant, Matt, Mason R, Chris, and Noah C gained new personal best times for every race they competed in. Special mention to Hana who gained a 15 second personal best, Ant got a 14 second pb, Mason R got a 13 second pb for 200IM plus a regional qualifying time for his 50freestyle and Noah C a 27second pb on his 50 fly.
Isla and Yas both gained 2 pbs.
Lilly got a massive 53 second pb on her 200Freestyle.
George gained 3 pbs and 2 silver medals for his 50 backstroke and 100breaststroke.
Archie gained a 13 second pb in his 100fly, receiving a silver medal and qualifying for regional champs.
Seren gained 5 pbs, 4 gold medals, 1 silver medal and 1 bronze medal.
Jude gained 5 pbs, 5 gold medals and 2 silver medals.
Chris won 1 gold and 1 bronze for his freestyle races.
Finley also added to the medal collection with 3 bronze medals. Mia and Mason W also gaining a bronze medal each.
Our swimmers were wonderful and a pleasure to be around. What a great weekend of swimming :)
