LEVEL II PERFORMANCE COACH

Your role as Performance Swimming Coach is to lead and develop the training structures for our most competitive swimmers, working in conjunction with the wider coaching and teaching group. You will be expected to take the lead on writing and delivering the training schedules for up to 9 hours of poolside training each week, heavily weighted towards improving the competitive abilities of our most talented swimmers. Coaching and inspiring them, to get the results they and March Marlins want, will be a hugely important part of the club's future success.

We swim at the George Campbell Leisure Centre (March), the Manor Leisure Centre (Whittlesey), and also The Empress (Chatteris), this role is ideal for a coach who holds the ASA Level 2 Award/ Swim England Swimming Coach certificate (minimum), looking to take a lead on the direction on both the pool side activity, as well as the planning and administration associated with the role. The ability to attend meets where necessary will be required.

This role is advertised on a self-employed, part-time basis. Salary on application. This is negotiable for the right candidate.
