20 May 2024
March Marlins swimmers competed in the second round of the Junior Fenland League against some very good clubs.
The club found themselves up against City of Ely Swimming club, City of Peterborough Swimming club Team B and Thetford Dolphins at Manor Leisure in Whittlesey.
The young stars performed fantastically with the support of many older swimmers.
Overall, the team gained 37 personal best times and achieved 10 cut-off times, which saw the Blue Army claim victory against strong competition.
The following day, March Marlins backed up their performances in the South Lincs Competitive Swimming Club Tulip Meet in Spalding.
Marlins gained another 61 PB times with some swimmers earning medals and gaining qualifying times for the 2025 County Championships.
